Harry Potter Wands
People who have watched the Harry Potter series in theaters have seen the importance of wands, especially in every battle that exists between the good wizards and the dark forces. In the true world of the wizards and witches, magic wands have a special abilities and powers and any wand cannot be simply taken by anyone. Remember that all the Harry Potter wands in the movie have their own master.
The use of a wand requires good skill. You could notice how the Hogwarts professors hone the skills of the students when it comes to using their wands. Aside from learning the skills, a wand owner must also know what his or her wand is made of. In the Harry Potter movies, all wooden Harry Potter wands have different materials implanted on the wand’s core. It could be a unicorn’s hair, Veela’s hair, or heartstring.
Each wand may also choose its field of expertise, just like the wand of Harry’s mother, Lily. Her wand works smoothly on Charms. Each wand chooses its own master, too. If a wand mismatched happened, damages could exist, just like what happened to Harry when he swayed a wand that did not suit him. All these pointers are just some of the things that need to be considered not just in Harry Potter wands but in real wands as well.
But since not all people can cast a spell with a wand, perhaps they could simply enjoy collecting or playing toy wands such as the Harry Potter wands being sold in stores. Wands such as Hermione Granger’s Illuminating Wand are good for the kids while the wands that can be mounted on walls such as Dumbledore’s Army Wand Collection and Dumbledore’s Collector Wand Wall Display will be appreciated by the avid collectors of Harry Potter items.
